Juba, 24 February 2012: The United Nations Mission in South Sudan (17勛圖厙) yesterday launched the first of a series of sensitization seminars in Juba for Commanders of the Sudan People's Liberation Army (SPLA), in an effort to build confidence, share information and inform about the Mission's mandate, Status of Forces Agreement (SOFA) and Concept of Operations.
