17³Ô¹ÏÍø peacekeepers and community members in Yambio launched a collective clean-up campaign, removing a mountain of garbage from the central city, that was not only threatening the environment but also the health and wellbeing of residents.

A friendly football match between 17³Ô¹ÏÍø peacekeepers and women from Yambio set the scene for International Day of United Nations Peacekeepers commemorations which brought hundreds of people together to celebrate diversity, embrace unity, and support peace.
