Juba, 17 April 2014 - The UN Mission in South Sudan (17³Ô¹ÏÍø) strongly condemns today’s deadly and unprovoked attack on its base in Bor, the capital of Jonglei State, by a mob of armed civilians.

16 April 2014 - Aiming to assist residents with legal concerns, the Western Equatoria State Law Society and 17³Ô¹ÏÍø completed a two-day workshop today in Ibba County on legal aid, human rights and land issues.

15 April 2014 - Hundreds of people fleeing violence which broke out yesterday in the oil-rich Unity State capital Bentiu arrived at the 17³Ô¹ÏÍø site today.

The new arrivals said more civilians were on their way, and recounted experiences that had sent them running to the base.
